I think I need a change. Okay, no, I need TO change. I need tons of changing. I introduce to you my revised version of my New Year's Resolution.( and after a considerable amount of time thinking )
1: To cut on the hyperness. ALOT. Which means I won't be as crazy as I was the past two years.
2: To eat less, and watch my diet.
3: To be humble.
4: To watch out for others around me, and make sure they feel appreciated, even if I have to go out of my way, since they bother about me anyway.
5: To walk straight.
I feel so extra everytime I implant myself in between Shab's small group. Today, people from my small group were EVERYWHERE. Sam came late. Veron didn't come. Rachael came for small group. Debbie and Deborah were singing today.[ YAY DEBORAH! IT WAS HER FIRST TIME! ] Lydia was on Usher duty. Jeanette was at the first block, and I, the second. Gloria and April were somewhere on the other side. And EVAN was in front of me! Well, not exactly, Zvan was, Evan was next to him.( Point of Information : They are not related, as far as I know, and that's quite far. ) Started on Mark for Small group, then went to Coffee Express for lunch instead of Subway.Went back to church to finish up on my History and math homework that NOBODY knows how to do. And I forgot that today was the Caroling Committee Appreciation Lunch thingy. At NewYork NewYork. SO we went there, and suddenly, I miss all the hectic deadlines. :D And the bad thing is, I won't get to be in the committee again this year, since my batch would be planning for TOFU'09.

Yes, so I fell AFTER crossing the stupid trafficlight. AND NOBODY BOTHERED TO HELP ME GET UP. DAMN. And this happened yesterday, and now it hurst especially if i put it straight. And I met Melissa today, since she was bored waiting for her friend on her own. So i decided to kill time with her. And she told me tons of stuff. MEL! GO SUBMIT THAT VIDEO OF THE COUPLE TO MEDIACORP AND MAKE TONS OF MOOLAH! I think I should update my MicrosoftLive Account. And today's Bursary award ceremony was COLD. and congrats to Joanie, Yvonne Lai, Sharlene, Nasyitah, Partiban, Aliza, Nicholas and everyone else who was there! And Shannon too! but her ceremony was later than ours. And Joana and I have to re-start our Charity work thingy! :D:D:D Oh. And I created a new email account, since te old one kept getting flooded by worthless junk emails from website claiming they've got the best deals EVER and people who want " their dreams to come true". Ask me if you wanna be added.I may using that account for MSN with real special people. You should know who you guys are! (:

Hello once again.
I've got good news. Clarice is our new Small group leader! OH THE YAYNESS. But Van dropped out. OH THE UN-YAYNESS. But oh well, at least Clarice is the fun,hyper crazy girl who knows when to be serious. Which is good. OH. I HAD A HAIRCUT. After small group. And i look wierd now. Crap. Thanks Debbie and Deborah for being there with me(: And because of this ULTRA-IMPORTANT haircut that my parents forced, yes, literally forced me to get, I had to skip Welcome Team Meeting. So sorry! And my very smart cousin broke/injured his knees at a soccer game.oh well. GOODNESS GRACIOUS. I haven't been to class yet. And I don't know who my class mates are. crayyyyyfish.

Hello.
The Ferrero Rocher's permenantly migrated from the fridge to my stomach yesterady,meaning I have no more Elixir to last me a lifetime Ohwell. At least I've got awesome people around me and an Awesome God.
So the first day of school was a bore, much to my disappointment. Well, I was hoping the start would have been with a bang, like, i don't know. Just awesome. I've learnt to NEVER,EVER describe anything fabulous until it actually happens. SO, i won't .Secondary one orientation was/is okay, i guess. Still got two more days of it left. Hopefully the new sec ones will feel orientated enough. And the new councillors will get a feel of TGLC.The best has yet to come! Unluckily for me this year, I wasn't attached to any class at all, so I was just patrolling like Joana or wandering souls, as she calls it. But it's ok, because I've still got 2e1. My 1e1'08. You kids grow up so fast. *Cue in violin* Well, apart from Nivaa and Joey, who've transfered, the're still the same bunch of kids. And i love them(:

Here I am,staring at the open page, blank whiteness, and all I think about is you.
Hello there.
Christmas is over, and suddenly, I feel empty again. Like this whole year went past too fast for my own liking, and from the way I judge from reading other people's blogs, for other people too. I think it's ironic that whenever it's near the end of the year, we want it to slow down, yet when it's somewhere in the middle, we want it to speed up. Frankly speaking, I'm afraid of the new year.I mean, I'm not dreading it, but I'm not welcoming it with open arms either. Maybe it's because there's just so many loose knots that I've yet to tie, and I don't wanna carry it over.I learnt a whole lot of new stuff this year, apart from the academics, which hopefully, I'll see the use of it sooner or later. And one of these newlearnt things, is to never put off tomorrow what you can do today. But circumstances change, no?And I didn't exactly get what I want. Not that I was exactly sure of what it was, but, still, as this year wraps up, and I make new resolutions for next year, which I would probably forget about by February, I kinda want to know what I did well this year. What I can be proud of. And I'm not sure if I did good enough to even make myself proud. nd with what's been happening epecially since last week, heck, i'm gonna die before the new year. If you see me through, congratulations to you.

hello.
it's been forever since I updated, I know. I just don't have the time, or energy to do it, since I've been so physically/mentally/spiritually drained. My SG mates and a few others girls should know why.Saying that, I have to apologize to Chengyi and Wenya, and Deborah and Kaijuan coz they wanted me to sing with them yesterday, but I really wasn't spiritually prepared to sing. My heart wasn't in the right place in singing for God. That's why I didn't. And I still feel because of me, Deb and Kaijuan didn't sing yesterday too, so I won't feel left out. Thanks, girls.I don't know why I feel this way, but I do. And I know going emo over it isn't going to help, but I don't care. But I've been thinking about it, and I give up. I don't see why I need to waste my time thinking about something that will never happen, even in my wildest dreams. It's just a waste of my emotions. So I give up. I don't care what you think or what you know. Okay, maybe I do.But still, the past is the past, and I need to be happy, at least for the sake of the other people I'm definite about loving me.
Two days ago, wonderful people( Shabb, Debb, Bethy, Kaijuan, Emily and Jingjing) invited me to watch Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging with them. OMG. You need to go watch it. Like, really. And because of that show, Debbie and I have become, bimbotic(: And Kaijuan too, but she's kinda failed at it, coz she was never born to be a bimbo(:(:(: |

TWILIGHT IS AMAZINGGGGGGGGGGGGGG.
Well, except for the ending part, because it was like, " Oh. It ended already? " Anyway, THANKYOU ELLE, for paying for my ticket! That's two times in a row. Lunch is on me, when school reopens:D And thanks for inviting me, and thanks Syafinah for not minding(: I feel loved. After watching the movie, we went to Popular coz Elle wanted to get her pencilcase(familiar, Elle?) and the queue was so long, I decided to quee for them first, and I PANICKED when i reached the front and they hadn't come back yet, but they did just in time(: OH. And I saw Mabel, Jazlyn, Liangzhi, Leon and a few other people I noticed from church, but didn't register in my head. SORRY! And i saw them again after we left Popular. Elle and I decided to get the ready-made friendship bands since we were already there, so all three of us have one each, similiar yet slightly different from each othres. And they're all basically purple, since Elle said we both have watches that are red(: oh the YAYNESS!Went down to KFC, and bought chickenpopcorn a la carte for dinner. And i couldn't finish it. damn. So I shared it with inahminahfinah:D (I THINK IT'S A DAMN COOL NICKNAME.)

& omg, I've finally finsihed this rollercoaster hell of a ride.
But somehow, I miss camp.
I have to apologize to ALOTALOT of people, so just read this, and if you think it applies to you, then, I'm sorry.
I'm sorry I acted like such a total moron when all you wanted to do was be concerned over my welfare. I'm sorry I pushed you away when you were worried about me. I'm sorry I lied to you in your face about so many things. I'm sorry I made you boil up in anger. I'm sory I made you feel if helping others was such a pain, you'd never help others again. I'm sorry I couldn't see through your good intentions.I'm sorry UI pulled alot of people down. I'm just sorry.
I miss the people in my group, especially DARTH WAYNE & MR SNOWMAN-WITH-NO-SNOW(:
I miss the queues for the bathroom.
I miss running around Singapore with my inhaler.
I miss watching my group get slathered in paint.
I miss getting hit by water balloons.
I miss worship sessions with the new sec ones.
I miss laughing alot to the extend of having people to tell me to stop laughing becuase I cough real loudly and it scares them.
I miss camp promo videos( including the Amazing LAH-nia Race one too! ).
I miss trying to dodge Eleanor with her Camera(:
I miss having Jacko/Sheldon/Shaun to mass-grace for all the campers.
I miss not being able to finish the food.

OMG. IMY LIKE TRUCKLOADS.I hope you had an enjoyable trip(: I've never really been on a road trip before. Maybe i should go for one with all my galpals when i get my driver's Liscense. But anyhoos, I'll be off to CAMP LAH tomorrow,no wait, later. At Like 0830 hours. Whiich means I've got less than 8 hours to sleep.But I still wanna do more stuff on the computer first.So, pray i don't fall asleep or zone outhalfway through the camp.However, I give you permission to flood my inbox, but I won't promise if I'll reply immediately. And I give myself full credit for being able to cram 5 DAYS AND 4 NIGHTS WORTH OF CLOTHES into my school bag. Yes, the brown one,I used to carry everyday until my class went to Semakau.I'm so pleased. Surprisingly, I don't really feel hyped up about this-coming camp. Well neither did I for RAW, yet I enjoyed myself hell lots. Like they say, you'd never know.Hopefully, it's not anything drastic.
I have yet to clean my room, which is starting to bug me.
I have yet to watch Twilight, which is starting to bug me more.

Thank God for Subway sandwiches, where i found comfort and peace within myself. Despite, of course, what had unintentionally happened. So what did happened? I don't really know. Perhaps,sometimes we do get cuaght up in our own worlds we become oblivious to our environments. But is it okay to not do anything about it? I mean they were having so much fun, I didn't want to intrude. I didn't want to be that person.Yet, inevitably i became it. I wanted to run away, I wanted to hide. But that's all i could do. Smile and pretend like there IS no financial crisis, no terrorist attacks or that the world wasn't coming to an end. But then again. It's just me against the world, isn't it?

so yesterday's guitar practice session went great(:I learnt 4 chords and the entire Marie Digby song, Say It Again. Which was the ultimate coolest coz I tried to go home and show off, but it kinda failed :( Imma failed rockstar.So anyway, Arun messaged me and asked if I wanted to go for lunch with him and Joanie, which I couldn't, coz Mitzi was coming over to my place to teach me the guitar. so i asked them to lunch somewhere, then come over to my place, since Joanie could play the guitar and Arun wanted to learn it too. We were under my block coz my mother was cleaning the house for christmas and i was frekaing afraid that somebody would complain, but my fears kinda dissolved when this real old man walked past us and said "Nice Music!" with a real cheery face which reminded me of Santa Claus:)
After we ( Joanie, Mitzi, Arun and I ) parted ways, Arun and I went to e!hub, coz he wanted to get a drink. So we went to Cup Walker and freaked out when we saw the prices. :] HAHAHAHAAA. so then we continued our journey to Pit 23 for Jiamin's birthday barbeque and we had a mini-arguement on whether to walk acrossthe grasss or not. I won, but we ended up having mud all over our slippers.So alot of people were there but i had to go see somebody first. Triedbarbequeing the food,and luckily, it weren't contaminated of anything.i cook good(:Stayed there quite late until my mother called me, so Arun and Ruzaidi sent me home, coz we saw something we prolly shouldn't. SO THANKS ALOT GUYS! this girl appreciates it lots! |

So anyway, I woke up this morning and started writing Christmas Cards. And I confirmed the timings to go meet Joana for the Christmas Musical and Movie/Time to watch with Elle. And Mitzi will be coming over to teach me the guitar! Yay! Hopefully she'll teach me how to play well enough to be a guitarist for next year's caroling(:
I went to the CC to submit my form for the Edusave Bursary thingy. And I ALMOST forgot that today was the last day.WHATACOW. Then I went to Whitesands to post all the Christmas cards my mother wrote. ALL 43 OF THEM. And my mother went to buy flowers for someone's wedding, sshe's the florist:/And I saw Miss Huda, her son and her mom.

Okay, apart from noticing
- TWO REALLY HOT GUYS
- One cute guy,
- Girls at TJ can keep their skirts really short and can wear any kind of shoes
- They have alot of school - based tees
- that we hace nice facilitators
it was okay, i guess.
I especially hated the Hotair Balloon game, coz we had to take up dofferent personalities and convince the others why we shouldn't be thrown out, and guess who i had to potray: the guy from Brokeback mountain :/ And after that I had Sharpay Evans. And then Sher Li, one of my facils looked at me, and told me what I had to sell for my next game. AIR. I HAD TO FREAKING SELL AIR. And I went on and on about how the rest of the air is poison to the customers' lungs. Anyway, Sher Li said if I could laugh for 3 minutes she'd buy me sweets(: HAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAA. And for the second day, we had to debate against Geylang Methodist on this motion : THIS HOUSE BELIEVES THAT COMMUNITY SERVICE SHOULD BE OPTOINAL IN SCHOOLS. We were opposition. Didn't really go bad lah. But the last day's debate : THIS HOUSE WOULD BAN FASTFOOD ADVERTISING was b-l-o-o-d-y funneh! We debated without any notes, coz we had NOTHING to debate about(:(:(:(:(: Both schools were like : - .
So came back and went to Zubair's house to pass him his certificate. ( Venus, yours is still with me) And it took us forever to find his house. We went to THREE different blocks! Then Joanie and Arun walked me to church(: Band practice was fast. I don't know how Marcus managed to finish 12 songs in an hour and a half! And I was practiccally sleeping. Kai Juan and I were sitting down while EVERYONE ELSE were standing up! ohwell.
